in contact and build friendships with fellow students is highly worthwhile and

This is something you will
probably be highly aware of through the media, as it affects all of us. And for
students, mindfulness is just as relevant as it is for anyone else. With the
pressures that come with exams and assignments, it’s especially important to
pay attention to your mental health. You may already have some idea of what is
good for your mental well-being, but it’s a good idea to find out more from the
NHS and other sources, and if you’re struggling, seek help from a doctor.
Moderate Spending and
Budgeting
A part of getting your student
life in balance is getting your finances in balance. While it’s not a
particularly enjoyable thing to do, sorting out your finances and trying to
budget is worth doing. In the long run, doing this will help you stay more
relaxed about money coming in and going out, and may help avoid money being
spent wastefully.
Organising Your Work
As a student, studying is
arguably the priority of everything you do during your time at university. If
however, you find the workload a little overwhelming, then organising how you
tackle it may be a useful strategy. By employing some kind of schedule or plan
and giving yourself some guidance when you are struggling to focus on work when
