There is a bad stereotype among many landlords that students
are bad tenants. This is mainly due to the fact that they believe all students

As you can see, this niche market has a large price difference
between different locations. For any student, it’s best to look for different
locations throughout the UK for your properties, so you don’t get caught out by
extortionate rent prices.
